Scout Report - July 13, 2011

This week's Scout Report:

Current Drilling Activity

  1. Kirk,

The Yuma well in Livingston Parish looks to me like a Austin Chalk or TMS well. What do you think?

  2. Joe,
I believe that Yuma's well is targeting Tuscaloosa sands.

  3. Kirk,

There is a rumor out that the BOE well in MS is producing 800-1000 bbls per day. Have you heard anything?

  4. Kirk,

Could you locate and put another color star on the map that would indicate where the current sited/drilling TUSC wells are located. That maybe important from the standpoint of geological information obtained from drilling through to TUSC.

  5. Joe,
I've heard the same RUMOR about the BOE well: 500-700 bopd.

  6. Joe,
This "pro bono" project continues to grow in scope and time. Right now I'm only going the cover the TMS and AC. The Tuscaloosa sand wells don't have the same regional impact and interest as the TMS and AC. If the "day job" slows down, I'll consider expanding the scope.
