  1. Kirk,
Do you have the coordinates of the Horseshoe Hill well?

  2. Kirk,

Question : I noticed that the Anderson well has a note about Goodrich Petroleum being "non-consenting owners". Does this mean Goodrich owns a lease on a part of the unit and would not lease to Encana? The reason I ask is that adjacent to a small property I own in W. Fel. 4 large landowners surrounding me have leased to 3 different companies - all 4 tracts are +_ 1000 acres, each was leased in the past 6 mos. - 1 tract to Encana, 2 to Devon and 1 to Goodrich (900 acres). Is Goodrich up to something?

  3. FM,
    I don't have the coordinates.
The permit used the term "non-consenting owners". I don't know the business relationship, if any, between the parties. The unit boundary determines pro rata ownership. I don't know anything about Goodrich's business plan. They did announce yesterday an increase in TMS acreage to 79,000 acres.

  4. Thanks for your response Kirk. From what I can tell a non-consenting owner is anyone with land in a well unit that is not under a lease. It looks like Goodrich, a competitor, may have gotten a lease from the landowner before Encana could and is holding out for a bigger payoff? Just speculating.

  5. I think that I read somewhere that Goodrich was in a Joint Venture with Encana in this well. What does that mean, if true?
